Information Needed for an Order
To request an order, provide the product name or CAS number, required quantity, target purity or specification, destination country, and any documents needed for internal review. For a custom item, also include the structure, expected scale, application context, available analytical information, and preferred delivery schedule.
Quotation and Confirmation
Rlavie reviews availability, technical feasibility, lead time, quality documentation, packaging, shipping conditions, and commercial terms before issuing a quotation. An order proceeds only after both sides confirm the product identity, specification, quantity, price, delivery terms, and required documentation. The team will communicate any material schedule or scope change before shipment.
