Tech Transfer

Technology Transfer Scope

Rlavie supports the transfer of suitable synthesis and manufacturing processes from laboratory work toward a defined production setting. A transfer review can cover the reaction route, raw-material controls, critical process parameters, equipment fit, sampling points, work-up and purification steps, analytical methods, impurity considerations, expected yield, packaging, storage, and safety information supplied for the project.

Transfer Plan and Deliverables

The technical team first reviews the available process package and identifies missing data, scale-dependent risks, acceptance criteria, and verification work. The agreed plan can include document review, engineering or demonstration batches, analytical comparison, deviation tracking, and a final transfer summary. Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, schedule, and deliverables are confirmed before transfer work starts.
